Hi, my name is Kate! I grew up in the Midwest and now reside in SWFL. I have been to Disney World more times than I could count – and have stayed everywhere from the campgrounds to all the deluxe resorts. I’ve traveled as a single mom, and with my huge extended family. I have a daughter with Celiac Disease and food allergies so I have learned to navigate Disney Parks with food restrictions.
